Important: ECOS Access Changes for NHG Group Office and PopHealth Users (include NHGD, NHGPh & NHGP)

ECOS will be unavailable from 15–17 August 2025 due to an email domain migration. Complete all pending tasks by 14 August and log in with your new @nhghealth.com.sg account from 18 August.

Please note there will be ECOS access changes between 15-18 August 2025 due to the OneNHG Email Domain Change effort.

ECOS Access Changes

  • From 15 August, you can no longer access your existing ECOS studies using your (old) ECOS user account.

  • Our ECOS system vendor will be migrating your ECOS user accounts to the new @nhghealth.com.sg domain. This transit is expected to complete by 18 August.

  • From 15-17 August (Fri-Sun), please avoid login to ECOS to ensure a smooth transition.

  • On 18 August, you may access ECOS using your (new) NHG Health email.

Key Dates and Changes

14 August 2025 (Last day to use existing NHG Group Office and PopHealth Users ECOS account)

  • Complete all pending transactions if possible before 14 August, 6pm

    • For applications planned for September 2025 Full Board review: ensure endorsements are fully obtained by 14 August

    • Recommended: Document all your ongoing study numbers, including:

      • Draft submissions

      • Studies pending response

      • Study renewal requests

      • Other outstanding tasks

15-17 August 2025 (Transition Period)

  • Existing ECOS accounts will no longer be accessible

  • System administrators will migrate all studies and tasks to new @nhghealth.com.sg accounts

  • Please avoid logging in with new @nhghealth.com.sg accounts during this period

  • For urgent safety or non-compliance matters, reach the DSRB Secretariat for assistance

From 18 August 2025 (Monday)

  • Begin using your new @nhghealth.com.sg account for all ECOS activities

  • All user roles and access permissions will remain unchanged

  • Verify that you can access all your assigned studies and tasks

  • Report any access issues to ECOS Support
