ECOS Helpdesk Operating Hours: Monday to Friday (Closed on Public Holidays) 9am – 1pm & 2pm - 5pm

Scheduled ECOS Maintenance Period: The ECOS system is closed for scheduled maintenance every Wednesday from 10 pm to 12 midnight. The ECOS system will not be available to users during this time period.

* IMPORTANT: For all Public Healthcare Institutions (PHI) Staff, you must first complete the ECOS Support Request Form (download here) (opens in new tab) BEFORE emailing the Form to your Institution ITD Helpdesk to log an ECOS Support Request.
