Important: ECOS Access Changes for TTSH and NCID Users

TTSH and NCID users must avoid logging into ECOS from 21 August 7pm to 22 August 5am. From 22 August, use your new NHG Health email to access ECOS.

Please note that there will be ECOS access changes to TTSH and NCID users due to OneNHG Email Domain Change.
From 22 August 2025, you can no longer access your existing ECOS studies using your (old) ECOS user account.
Our ECOS system vendor will be migrating your ECOS user accounts to the new @nhghealth.com.sg domain. This transit will happen tonight.
From 21 August 7pm (tonight) till 22 August 5am - please avoid login to ECOS to ensure a smooth transition.
On 22 August 2025 (tomorrow), you may access ECOS using your (new) NHG Health email.
All user roles and access permissions will remain unchanged
Verify that you can access all your assigned studies and tasks
