Important: ECOS Access Changes for TTSH and NCID Users

Please note that there will be ECOS access changes to TTSH and NCID users due to OneNHG Email Domain Change. 

  • From 22 August 2025, you can no longer access your existing ECOS studies using your (old) ECOS user account.

  • Our ECOS system vendor will be migrating your ECOS user accounts to the new @nhghealth.com.sg domain. This transit will happen tonight.

    • From 21 August 7pm (tonight) till 22 August 5am -  please avoid login to ECOS to ensure a smooth transition.

  • On 22 August 2025 (tomorrow), you may access ECOS using your (new) NHG Health email.

    • All user roles and access permissions will remain unchanged

    • Verify that you can access all your assigned studies and tasks.

    • Report any access issues to ECOS Support at synapxe.ecossupport@synapxe.sg
